Adam is an Executive Director at BCG. His career spans social impact and advocacy for justice, including almost a decade in K-12 public school system leadership. As the first in his family to attend university out of high school, Adam prioritizes programs to support employees from low-income backgrounds and first-generation college students. At BCG, he sponsored establishing the Champions Circle community, a nurturing space for all Black consulting employees to belong and be supported by mentors. In 2022, Adam enabled the first Black Excellence Retreat, fostering community building and programming for all levels and functions. His commitment to equity extends to office catering and art sourcing, thoughtfully supporting women and minority-owned businesses and diverse artists. Outside of BCG, Adam works with incarcerated men, helping them prepare to be returning citizens, and currently serves as Treasurer on the board of Connect Ed, which supports college and career pathways for all students.
