Christina is an entrepreneur turned international finance executive, with 18 years’ experience leading national and global teams across Asia, Latin America, UK and Europe. In HSBC, she Co-Founded the Black Action and Advisory Council to keep pace and conviction to HSBC’s Race Commitments, launched STRETCH45, an internal venture to cultivate ethnic minority talent, and Chairs Embrace the race and ethnicity ERG. She’s an Executive Trustee for JUSTICE, an all-party law reform and human rights organisation which challenged Racial Disparities of Children in the Youth Justice System and championed Increasing Judicial Diversity. She’s also Trustee Chair of the Strategy & Finance Committee for Brixton House, a combined social venture, cultural hub and theatre working to make the arts more inclusive and representative. Externally, Christina has founded organisations supporting women of colour, advises minority owned ventures, is a speaker and panellist on DEI issues, and mentors black and female talent globally.
