A key member of Mishcon de Reya’s Diversity Committee, Claudine led the sub group for ethnicity and social mobility, and has been relied upon to attend and represent the firm at external diversity events. She is also responsible for lining up diverse speaker programmes for internal and external events. In 2014 Claudine founded The Student Development Co. and runs it in her spare time. She also mentors BAME students, and has been regularly interviewed by publications such as The Financial Times and The Voice on the impact of the pay gap on BAME employees, among other topics. As social mobility ambassador for the Law Society, Claudine has also recently spoken at the ENEI social inclusion conference. Additionally, Claudine was a BBBA Rising Star in professional services finalist in 2016, was on the Future Powerlist 2016, and was the only black woman in the 40 under 40 disrupters in Property Week 2015.
