Dan utilizes his leadership role and platform to celebrate and amplify S&P Dow Jones Indices’ (S&P DJI) commitment to DEI. He actively participates in roundtables, fireside chats, town halls, and global office visits to foster an environment of inclusion and belonging across the organization. Additionally, he has led and collaborated with other senior leaders to develop a mentoring program for S&P DJI, and personally serves as a mentor to numerous colleagues. Dan is also the Executive Sponsor for S&P Global’s Black Organization for Leadership Development (BOLD) People Resource Group and promotes the network and its members across the company. Externally, Dan is a fellow of the 2017 class of the Aspen Institute Finance Leaders Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. He is a recipient of the Male Ambassador Award from Women in Derivatives (WIND) in 2022 and is also a proud sponsor of Women in ETFs.
