As Chief People office at GSK, Diana is accountable for the people strategy, including talent, culture, capabilities, leadership, and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Under Diana’s leadership, GSK is creating a culture where everyone feels valued, welcomed, and included. DEI is embedded in the GSK Code, people’s objectives, mandatory training, leadership development and the way people are rewarded. GSK has made good progress on their aspirational targets to ensure its leaders are more ethnically diverse by 2025. GSK clinical trial programmes are diverse by design because they include the people who are most impacted by the disease from the onset. And the organisation continues to invest in programmes to provide access to STEM careers for underrepresented people. Diana’s personal mission is to ensure that GSK has the right talent and culture to unlock the full potential of all GSK’s outstanding people to help us get ahead of disease together.
