Since joining State Street as Executive Vice President in 2019, Donna has been an active member of State Street’s Professional Women’s Network, which supports women’s professional growth through networking, coaching, and development opportunities. Donna is also a member of the company’s Executive Committee, the senior team responsible for implementing DEI initiatives. She has been instrumental in driving progress by encouraging employees to complete unconscious bias and inclusive leadership training. Donna also supports State Street’s 10 Actions Against Racism and Inequality by spearheading initiatives to increase representation and career opportunities for BIPOC talent. Donna is also an Executive Sponsor for State Street’s PRIDE network and is involved in partnerships with organizations like the Robert Toigo Foundation, which develops and promotes diverse finance leaders.
