With almost 15 years of experience in investment banking, Esther has a career spanning sales, risk management, operational excellence and corporate transformation in Top-tier banks. She currently works at Wells Fargo’s Paris office in Fixed Income (Rates) Sales covering European corporate and institutional clients. She also serves as the Marketplace Outcomes Co-Chair for the Wells Fargo EMEA Black Connections network where, amongst other things, she organizes the “Black MD Series” – a series of talks featuring Black Managing Directors within the organization which aims to improve the visibility of Black leaders, as well as, provide a platform for career guidance to all EMEA employees. Beyond Wells Fargo, Esther volunteers as a School Governor at Lilian Baylis Technology School and is Vice-chair of the school’s Welfare committee overseeing the welfare of students and staff. She also actively mentors young people and is a CFA charter holder. She obtained an Executive MBA from ESCP Europe business school in 2020.
