Lee is the Chief Communications Officer and SVP of Corporate Social Responsibility at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits. With a strong passion for diversity and inclusion, he has championed multiple initiatives to support female students and employees in fulfilling their potential. He partnered with Women of Tomorrow and Step Up Women Network to introduce diverse female students to careers in hospitality and provide them with mentoring, career panels, and field trips. He also sponsored an employee conference for VolunCheers Ambassadors to align community engagement with DEI practices. As the Founder and Director of the Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival, he announced a groundbreaking partnership with Dr. Lisa Davis, Ph.D., in 2021, focused on advancing diversity and inclusion across the hospitality industry. He also helped establish a DEI Alliance at the Florida International University Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management.
