Ludovic is a Senior Vice President at Vertex, where he initiated a reverse mentoring program and prioritized inclusion, diversity, and equity in his regular employee communications. Ludovic is also an Executive Sponsor of the Race at Work Charter and has launched programs to support the call to action, including 10,000 Black Interns and the Black Lawyers Mentoring Program in the UK. As an active member and ally of VIBE (Vertex Includes Boundless Ethnicities), IWILL (Inspiring Women in Leadership & Learning), and PRIDE, he champions more black talents and female leaders, advocates for unconscious bias training, and speaks up against racism. His firsthand experience with the disparity of creating equal opportunities across countries and cultures motivates him to find new paths to prioritize ID&E and foster a culture of inclusion across Vertex’s geographies.
