Nick is the Director of Business at Vodafone UK, where he is committed to fostering inclusion and diversity. As the sponsor and leader of Vodafone’s Black Professional Network, he focuses on three areas: sponsoring the REACH program to ensure greater diversity and inclusion, promoting the Your Next Role program to encourage black professionals to apply for more senior roles within the company, and conducting market mapping in the technology and telecommunications industry to create a diverse range of non-traditional recruitment pools as he is passionate about enabling managers and candidates to be selected for potential as much as experience.
