In response to the Black Lives Matter movement, Paula chaired several employee Listening Sessions with over 100 employees, seeking to understand how colleagues felt and what they would like to see more of. Following these meetings, Paula commissioned INvolve to conduct a RADAR report assessing the position of Budweiser Brewing Group in relation to inclusion and to gather and analyze D&I data. This meant that future work could be evidence-based and strategically led. She also challenged the company to identify partners that could help Budweiser Brewing Group to become a more diverse workforce when recruiting. She is a champion of the company’s scholarship at the University of Bath and gives her time to mentoring students. Paula sits on the company’s European D&I Council and has commenced monthly Diversity and Inclusion meetings at Budweiser Brewing Group to ensure the company continues to progress at pace.
