Rondette is a member of Goldman Sachs’ Global D&I Team, the EMEA Advisor to the firm-wide Black Network and is focused on driving the BAME Talent Strategy and affinity networks. She has led the re-launch of the Black Analyst & Associate Initiative focused on retaining black talent, is responsible for building external relationships with organizations such as the Stephen Lawrence Foundation and pioneered the ‘Real Talk’ sessions driving connectivity between senior leadership and black talent across all levels. In addition, Rondette is an Alumni Ambassador for the Cornell Alumni Admissions Ambassadors Network, a youth mentor for Mentivity and Co-founder of the Podcast Race2Rise.
