As the Senior Vice President at Shell, Sinead is a dedicated advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. As a senior ally for the LGBTQ+ and Black Employee Networks, past Executive Sponsor for the Enable Network and the Black Employee Network, promoting DEI is fundamental to her leadership style. Sinead participates in a reverse mentoring initiative with a professional of color and mentors a diverse group of employees. She has also spoken at conferences on DEI’s critical role in driving performance and engagement in the workplace and led Executive awareness raising sessions, seeking to catalyst faster progress in this critical area. Previously, as UK Chair for Shell, she was a founding member of the Energy Leaders Coalition, driving greater DEI progress through joint initiatives and visible leadership. Sinead has been using her learnings to drive market progress beyond the UK.
