Dame Vivian Hunt

Dame Vivian Hunt is the Chief Innovation Officer at UnitedHealth Group. In this role, she works with their technology, growth and strategy teams to pursue new technologies, improve process design, interpret data, apply insights and improve the productivity of their systems.

Before joining UnitedHealth Group, Dame Vivian served as a Senior Partner for McKinsey & Company, UK and Ireland, where she provided strategic advice to leading firms in the private, public and third sectors, with a particular focus on strategy, innovation and performance transformation. Dame Vivian also served as Managing Partner for the UK and Ireland for seven years from 2013-2020 and prior to that led the firm’s EMEA Life Sciences practice.

She was named ‘The most influential black woman in Britain’ by the Powerlist Foundation. The Financial Times identified her as one of the 30 most influential people in the City of London. In 2018, she was appointed Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire for services to the economy and women in business. In 2022, she received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Strategic Management Society.

In 2021, Bina was appointed KPMG UK’s first female chair in its 150-year history. As well as chairing KPMG’s UK Board, Bina also chairs the firm’s Inclusive Leadership Board, a forum for independent experts to provide challenges to ensure the organization is embedding inclusion, diversity and equity within the business strategy. She uses her prominent role to champion the need for organizations to create inclusive, supportive, and diverse cultures that enable people from all backgrounds to thrive. Bina won the Hammer Award at the 2022 GG2 Leadership & Diversity Awards, awarded to an individual who has broken through the glass ceiling, and was awarded an MBE in the 2022 New Year’s Honours list for supporting female entrepreneurs.

She is the former UK President for WPP. In January 2020, Karen became the CEO of GroupM UK. She steered the company through the COVID-19 global pandemic and the subsequent impact of the killing of George Floyd. In June 2022, Karen was appointed a Non-Executive Director for Diageo and was a former Non-Executive Director of the UK Government Cabinet Office. Karen received an OBE for services to the Media Communications Industry in the 2014 Queen's Birthday honours, and topped The Power List, being the first businesswoman to come in at number 1. Karen founded The Black Equity Organisation in 2021, alongside David Lammy MP, David Olusoga OBE, Kwame Kwei-Armah OBE, Ric Lewis, and Dame Vivian Hunt. BEO is an independent, national Black civil rights organisation created to dismantle systemic racism in Britain, drive generational change, and deliver better lived experiences for Black people across the country.

Tiger has spent the last 30+ years of his career as a C-suite leader driving digital and business transformation in the global enterprise space. After serving as Genpact’s President and Chief Executive Officer from 2011 to 2024, he transitioned to his successor and continues on the Board. He is also on the boards of Jabil, and he is a Senior Advisor to Avalt, Bain Capital, BCG, HighRadius, BridgeGreen, and CNEXT. In addition, he is the Chair of the Advisory Board of ABSL, an international non-profit organization representing the business services sector. He frequently writes and speaks on topics such as digital disruption, building global talent and leaders, continuous skill development, and the importance of building a strong corporate culture. Tiger also believes strongly that the best solutions to problems are solved and built by diverse teams with diverse backgrounds and experiences, and has always made sure he surrounds himself with such diversity of talent and thinking of all kinds.
