Dame Vivian Hunt

Dame Vivian Hunt is the Chief Innovation Officer at UnitedHealth Group. In this role, she works with their technology, growth and strategy teams to pursue new technologies, improve process design, interpret data, apply insights and improve the productivity of their systems.

Before joining UnitedHealth Group, Dame Vivian served as a Senior Partner for McKinsey & Company, UK and Ireland, where she provided strategic advice to leading firms in the private, public and third sectors, with a particular focus on strategy, innovation and performance transformation. Dame Vivian also served as Managing Partner for the UK and Ireland for seven years from 2013-2020 and prior to that led the firm’s EMEA Life Sciences practice.

She was named ‘The most influential black woman in Britain’ by the Powerlist Foundation. The Financial Times identified her as one of the 30 most influential people in the City of London. In 2018, she was appointed Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire for services to the economy and women in business. In 2022, she received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Strategic Management Society.

Bina Mehta MBE


In 2021, Bina was appointed KPMG UK’s first female chair in its 150-year history. As well as chairing KPMG’s UK Board, Bina also chairs the firm’s Inclusive Leadership Board, a forum for independent experts to provide challenges to ensure the organization is embedding inclusion, diversity and equity within the business strategy. She uses her prominent role to champion the need for organizations to create inclusive, supportive, and diverse cultures that enable people from all backgrounds to thrive. Bina won the Hammer Award at the 2022 GG2 Leadership & Diversity Awards, awarded to an individual who has broken through the glass ceiling, and was awarded an MBE in the 2022 New Year’s Honours list for supporting female entrepreneurs.

Nina Vaca is Chairman and CEO of the Pinnacle group, and has spent the last 20 years  building the company's reputation for inclusion. An entrepreneur, civic leader and philanthropist, Nina also holds positions as a Presidential Ambassador for Global Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurship Council Chair of the Million Women Mentor Initiative, and  founded At The Table: Women in Business and Leadership, an initiative created to empower Hispanic women in business. For the past nine years, Nina has also been named one of the 101 Most Influential Latinos in America.

Greg Case

Greg Case is Chief Executive Officer of Aon plc, a leading global professional services firm and is a member of the company's Board of Directors. Before joining Aon, he served on the governing Shareholders' Council at McKinsey & Company, a leading international management consultant, and led their Global Insurance and Financial Services Practice. Prior to McKinsey, he worked for the investment banking firm of Piper, Jaffray and Hopwood and at the Federal Reserve Bank. Case was named by the Harvard Business Review as one of the top 100 best performing CEOs in the world in 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016 and 2014.

Ebi Atawodi

Ebi Atawodi believes in building sustainable products and platforms that impact people’s lives beyond at least two generations. Her life purpose is to bring some magic into the “everyday” through products. She is currently Director of Product at Google for YouTube Studio and sits on the board of the Lego Group. She was previously Director of Product at Netflix leading Payments in EMEA, and before that she was Head of Product at Uber leading the Amsterdam team focusing on global payments experiences across all Uber apps. She started out with Uber as General Manager for Lagos in 2014 with a handful of cars on the road and grew to become Uber’s General Manager for West Africa. Before Uber, she held several roles from the Head of Corporate Communications and Sponsorships at Etisalat – where she created the Etisalat Prize for Literature – Africa’s most prestigious literary prize.

As one of the UK’s leading specialists in diversity and inclusion for over 14 years, Suki has been a game changer in this field. He founded membership initiatives OUTstanding in 2013, and EMpower and HERoes in 2017 to diversify boardrooms, create more inclusive cultures and champion role models.
