Sujata is the European Chair of the Executive Women’s Interest Network Committee and Co-Founder of the Black and Asian Employee Network for American Express in Europe. A committed champion for women and underrepresented groups at American Express, Sujata has spearheaded numerous intersectional initiatives related to ambition, leadership and community. She is on the Advisory Board for Women in Payments, where she has served as a speaker and awards judge. She is also committed to supporting the South Asian community, and is an active member of the Indian American Forum for Political Education, which encourages Indians to get involved in politics. She is also involved with a charity which raises funds to help build medical clinics that support visually impaired rural Indians.
